Patience has paid off! We have been looking for a nice jogging stroller with a swivel wheel for about half a year now. We wanted to get one on Craig's List so we could save some money, but those that know me, know how picky I am when it comes to buying used things. I have to get the best quality for my money considering its been used. I found a few nice ones on Craig's list that were all around 75-100 but they all sold before I contacted the seller. Then on Tuesday we went to target and saw a baby trend they were selling for 109. This wasn't that much more than what some strollers were going for on Craig's list so we almost caved in and bought it, but I wanted to make sure it was the best price so I told Cody to give me another day. Yesterday I found this baby with one last look on Craig's List. Its a Dreamer Design Manhattan and retails at around $300. We only paid $65 and only had to drive about 30 minutes to pick it up! We love it! The front wheel doesn't wobble when its not locked and you start jogging. The people who sold it to us took very good care of it. It pretty lite as well. So were pretty excited about it. We've already enjoyed it on our jog this morning. Yay for Craigs List!

wow! Congrats a such a great find... I know i am looking for a Jogging stroller.. and I want something affordable and practical, and Cory wants the best! He saw this guy on our street jogging with their kids, and Cory ran up to the guy and asked what brand the stroller was: a BOB's jogging stroller. you can buy them at bicycle shops. They retail for about $300-$600 Yikes! So that is my goal.. to find a BOB stroller much less than the retail price and in good condition from Craigs list!
I'm so jealous! Good job- that's awesome. Craig's list just proved itself again! I have been looking for one on there for a while and always find dumpy things as well. It sounds like you gotta be quick with those!
glad you found what you were looking for! we just got duped out of a sweet swing set for the kids on ksl classifieds. the add had been on there for less than 2 hrs. when we called, someone was already there (ogden) hauling it away!! grrrr. so hard to find good deals, but you have to get the most for your hard earned dough right?! congratulations!
