I never posted any pictures from the actual 4th of July. We spent the evening on the beach of Lake Tahoe. I tried so hard to keep Wesley awake but he fell asleep 15 minutes before the fireworks started. Oh well, we have next year. The last picture is of our trip home. Our air conditioning broke and we had to drive through the Mojave Desert. It was soooo HOT! Poor little Wesly kept saying "HOT, HOT" and we all looked it. Everyone was a good sport about it though, and we finally made it home safely. All in all ... a great vacation!

Such a cute family picture. You guys are adorable. That sucks about the AC breaking though - how horrible. What a long drive that must have been.
